Movie Review:
The movie is about a joint family.And how the laziness and inefficiency of a man can cause his own family family members to stand against him.The movie starts by showing two brothers who live together with their families.One is Utpal Dutt and other is Chander (Amol Palekar).Amol is not the real brother of Utpal, but Utpal likes him allot.Utpal has his wife and three sons.While Chander, who is lazy and doesn't earn any money, has his wife Sheila and two children.Chander doesn't like to work but be dependent on his elder brother. Situation changes when Utpal's real brother Harish comes to home with his wife and son.Harish doesn't like Chander surviving on his brothers income.So, Harish and his wife conspires to kick them out of the house.And this makes Chander And Sheila leave the house and go to their village.Utpal doesn't knew about all these things.What happens when he comes to know about the conspiracy? Does he favor his real brother or Chander? It is the story.
