Chaahat is counted under the genre of action, drama, comedy and romance. The movie has a story of a love triangle where a girl Reshma falls in love with Roop, while Roop loves Pooja. To make the story interesting Roop's father falls ill due to chewing tobacco and he is admitted to the hospital. Roop, sings well and to manage some money he began to sing at Ajay Narang's hotel, there he meets Reshma who is the sister of Ajay. Reshma falls in love with him. But she doesn't know Roop loves a doctor Pooja. One day when all the girls where throwing themselves on Roop, Pooja got jealous and she told Roop to sing just for herself. Roop discarded the offer and left the hotel. What happens then is the story. All in all the movie is good and yu can enjoy it. Chaahat songs are also very nice.
